A soft, full bodied wine with a fruit driven style. Attractive bouquet, with ripe red fruits with some spice and balsamic notes on the nose. The mouth is soft, with good balance and a persistent finish. With earthy notes, some tobacco and chocolate hints, that is well balanced with black fruits. Good volume. Tasty and soft attack. Long persistence on the finish. A pleasant and easy wine to drink.
Standard planting vines. Drip and flood irrigation, deficit controlled regime. Careful viticultural management searching for the proper ripeness of the tannins and avoiding green flavours.
Fermented for 8 days at controlled temperatures of 25-28°C. Selected yeast. 3 - 4 pumpovers per day. 2 to 7 days of maceration after fermentation. Full malolactic fermentation. Filtration through membrane of 0.65 μ. Cold stable and Protein stable.
