A soft, full bodied wine with a fruit driven style. Attractive bouquet, with ripe red fruits with some spice and balsamic notes on the nose. The mouth is soft, with good balance and a persistent finish. With earthy notes, some tobacco and chocolate hints, that is well balanced with black fruits. Good volume. Tasty and soft attack. Long persistence on the finish. A pleasant and easy wine to drink.

Harvest Method:

Standard planting vines.
Drip and flood irrigation, deficit controlled regime. Careful viticultural management searching for the proper ripeness of the tannins and avoiding green flavours.

Fermentation and Maceration:

Fermented for 8 days at controlled temperatures of 25-28°C.
Selected yeast. 3 - 4 pumpovers per day. 2 to 7 days of maceration after fermentation. Full malolactic fermentation.
Filtration through membrane of 0.65 μ. Cold stable and Protein stable.
