Harvested in the cool of the morning and cool fermented to ensure that the flavours of fresh summer fruit are retained. Robust and rich in colour with aromas of rubber, roasted black fruits, molten chocolate and pepper. A very smooth, dry and crisp wine, with citrus and herbaceous aromas. A medium body and a well balanced acidity.
Traditionnal 2 weeks maceration minimum
with french oak staves (4 to 6 months)
