Label Notes:

Maurizio and Martino are pleased to present this Amarone. Hand harvested and placed in cases, the grapes is placed in special drying chambers at controlled temperature until January. During Winter, between January and February, the dried grapes are pressed and, with an accurate check of the temperature of the most fermentation, it will be placed in small steel tanks. After the malolactic, the wine rests in barriques. It is an Amarone with intense colour, important aroma, to be pared with red meat and aged game.
