"The wine is sourced from vineyards lo-cated in the east part of the Languedoc region.
In this area, the various climates, soils and reliefs means the different varietals express themselves in unique ways.
Although the Pays d’Oc is home to two big mountain ranges, the Pyrenees and the Cevennes, it also benefits from the Mediterranean climate.
With its coastline bordering the area on the South, it brings hot and dry summers after the rainy winters, favouring a per-fect maturity of the grapes. In the moun-tains, the humidity and cool tempera-tures helps the vines produce grapes packed full with fruity aromas."
Deep ruby with purple hints. Red berries aromas, followed by peppery hints. Smooth and Juicy palate. Hints of Vanilla and Coconut
"The grapes are harvested separately when they reach full ripeness.
They are destemmed and crushed before undergoing a traditional fermentation, in stainless steel tanks, with reg-ular pumping over, extracting colours, aromas and tannins."
