Complex, elegant bouquet, with aromas of fresh vie-flowers, apples and ripe peaches. A Rounded, well balanced, subtle and pleasant taste with good acidity in the mouth. 1st fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. 2nd fermentation in bottle by the Traditional Method.
Aged an average of 12 months on lees.
